3. Local Game Data

Game progress is stored only on your device for your convenience. This may include:

This information remains stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

4. No Server Storage

Pecky Fly does not maintain online user accounts or cloud storage. Gameplay information is not uploaded, synchronized, or backed up to our servers.

The application does not use analytics services to monitor user behaviour, collect usage statistics, or track users across applications or websites.

6. Internet Usage

The application is designed to function without requiring user information. If an internet connection is available, it may only be used for legitimate application functions such as downloading purchased game content or future content updates, where applicable.

7. Microphone Permission

Pecky Fly uses the device microphone only to detect musical pitch and control gameplay.

• Audio is processed locally on the device.
• No voice recordings are stored.
• No audio is transmitted to any server.
• No voice data is shared with any third party.

8. Children's Privacy

Pecky Fly is designed with children's privacy as a priority. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The application is designed to minimize data collection and protect user privacy.

9. Data Deletion

All application data is stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the application, all locally stored game data may be permanently deleted by your device's operating system. Since no personal information is stored on our servers, there is no server-side account or user data to delete.

Subscription and Purchase Information
Please note that while your game progress is stored locally, your anonymous subscription status and purchase history are maintained by the native app store (Google Play) and our secure subscription provider. This means that if you uninstall the app or switch to a new device, you will not lose your purchases. You can easily regain access to your active subscriptions and unlocked features at any time by using the "Restore Purchases" option while logged into the same app store account.

10. Data Collected and Processed by RevenueCat

When you interact with our subscription offerings or make a purchase, RevenueCat collects and stores certain data to ensure you receive access to the features you have paid for.

This data includes:

• Purchase Information: Transaction IDs, product IDs, purchase dates, subscription status, and expiration dates.
• Behavioral & App Usage Data: Information regarding how you interact with the app's purchase screens (paywalls), such as which subscription screens were viewed and whether a purchase was initiated or canceled.
• Anonymous Identifiers: A randomly generated, anonymous App User ID used to link your purchase history to your current device or installation.

Data We Do Not Share
RevenueCat's processing is strictly limited to facilitating and analyzing in-app purchases. We do not share Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, email address, or physical address with RevenueCat. Furthermore, we do not transmit persistent device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) to RevenueCat.

All payment processing is handled securely by the native app store (Google Play Store). RevenueCat only receives anonymous receipts from the app store to validate the purchase.
