1. Introduction

Thank you for using Finance Desk. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and how your privacy is protected while using the application.

Finance Desk is a formula-driven financial calculator for professionals and individuals. It includes tools for loans and borrowings (EMI, amortization, prepayment, loan profiles), investments (SIP, FD/RD, stocks, bonds and government schemes), time value of money, tax regime comparison, formula evaluation, a formula library, history, favorites, CSV/PDF export, and optional Premium features.

2. Information We Collect

Finance Desk does not collect any personally identifiable information on servers operated by Orimetry Design Tech.

• No user account is required.
• No sign-in or authentication is required.
• No email address is collected by the app.
• No phone number is collected.
• No name is collected.
• No location information is collected by the app.
• No contacts are accessed.
• No photographs or videos are collected.
• No bank account, card, or payment credentials are collected by Orimetry Design Tech.

3. Local App Data

To provide app functionality, Finance Desk stores data only on your device. This may include:

• Calculation inputs and results history
• Favorites and recently used tools
• Custom formulas you create and save (Premium)
• Loan profiles, events, and amortization-related data you enter
• App settings and display preferences
• Local flags related to Premium unlock status (for example, temporary rewarded-ad unlock expiry)

This information remains stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to servers operated by Orimetry Design Tech.

4. No Server Storage by Orimetry

Finance Desk does not maintain online user accounts or cloud storage operated by us. Your financial calculator data is not uploaded, synchronized, or backed up to our servers.

5. Advertising (Google AdMob)

On the free plan, Finance Desk may display advertisements served by Google AdMob, including:

• Interstitial (full-screen) ads shown occasionally while navigating the app
• Optional rewarded ads that, when completed, may unlock Premium features for a limited time (for example, 12 hours)

Google AdMob may collect device and advertising-related information according to Google's policies in order to serve and measure ads. Orimetry Design Tech does not receive your payment details or sell your personal information.

Premium subscribers do not see interstitial ads while Premium is active.

6. No Analytics by the App

Finance Desk itself does not use separate analytics services to monitor user behaviour, build user profiles, or track users across applications or websites for marketing purposes.

Third-party SDKs used for advertising and subscription validation may process limited technical data as described in their own privacy policies (see sections below).

7. Internet Usage

Most calculators and stored data work offline. An internet connection may be used for:

• Displaying ads through Google AdMob (free plan)
• Validating Premium subscription status through RevenueCat and the app stores
• Purchasing, restoring, or managing subscriptions via Google Play or the Apple App Store

8. Premium Subscription

Finance Desk Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription billed through the platform store on your device (Google Play Store on Android or Apple App Store on iOS). Premium features may include removal of interstitial ads, PDF export, and saving custom formulas.

• Billing and payment are handled by Google or Apple. Orimetry Design Tech does not receive or store your payment card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to the store's rules.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play or App Store account settings.
• You may restore purchases using the in-app Restore option while signed into the same store account.

9. Data Collected and Processed by RevenueCat

Finance Desk uses RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and purchase validation. When you interact with our subscription offerings or make a purchase, RevenueCat collects and stores certain data so that you receive access to the features you have paid for.

This data includes:

• Purchase Information: Transaction IDs, product IDs, purchase dates, subscription status, and expiration dates.
• Behavioral & App Usage Data: Information regarding how you interact with the app's purchase screens (paywalls), such as which subscription screens were viewed and whether a purchase was initiated or canceled.
• Anonymous Identifiers: A randomly generated, anonymous App User ID used to link your purchase history to your current device or installation.

Data We Do Not Share
RevenueCat's processing is strictly limited to facilitating and analyzing in-app purchases. We do not share Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, email address, or physical address with RevenueCat. Furthermore, we do not transmit persistent device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) to RevenueCat for this purpose.

All payment processing is handled securely by the native app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). RevenueCat receives purchase receipts / validation data from the app store to confirm entitlement status.

10. Data Deletion Request

Almost all Finance Desk application data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the application typically removes locally stored calculator data, history, formulas, and loan profiles, subject to your device operating system and any device-level backups you maintain.

Because Orimetry Design Tech does not operate a user account database for Finance Desk, there is generally no server-side profile for us to erase. However, if you wish to request deletion of any subscription-related or other data that may be associated with your use of the app through our providers, please email:

• Any purchase or order details that help us identify the relevant subscription record (do not send payment card numbers)

We will respond to verified deletion requests and coordinate removal of eligible data within a reasonable period (typically within 7 days of verification), subject to records we may be required to retain for legal, tax, or accounting compliance and subject to data controlled solely by Google, Apple, AdMob, or RevenueCat under their own policies.

Subscription and Purchase Information
Your anonymous subscription status and purchase history are maintained by the native app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) and our subscription provider (RevenueCat). If you uninstall the app or switch devices, you can usually regain Premium access by using Restore Purchases while signed into the same store account.

11. Children's Privacy

Finance Desk is intended for general audiences and professionals managing financial calculations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through third-party services linked to the app, please contact us at support@orimetry.com so we can take appropriate action.
